TiMOTION Europe is proud to announce that it has obtained ISO 9001 certification, the most widely recognised international standard for quality management, marking a new milestone
in our quality approach. Already certified worldwide, our company is continuing to ensure the consistency of its management system with this official recognition for its European subsidiary.
This certification reflects our deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of our practices.
🔎 What is ISO 9001?
The ISO 9001 standard is based on a fundamental principle: sustainable customer satisfaction through a quality management system (QMS). This involves structuring our processes, measuring our performance and correcting what needs to be corrected, ensuring that each defect does not recur through concrete tools such as:
- PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) is a continuous improvement method popularised by William Edwards Deming, which structures actions to guarantee quality, increase process efficiency and promote productivity.
- The 5 Whys approach, to identify the root cause of problems.
- Customer satisfaction surveys, which have become an essential ritual for gathering feedback.

Founded in 2011, our company has grown rapidly. To support this growth, it became essential to structure ourselves, improve our performance and organise our processes
in a sustainable manner.
ISO 9001 certification is therefore a strategic lever for continuing to provide comprehensive, reliable, customised and competitive electric motion solutions on the European market.
It enables us to:
- Gain organisational efficiency,
- Access new markets, particularly industrial ones,
- And above all, strengthen the trust of our customers and partners.
In order to obtain this initial certification, a significant amount of groundwork was carried out over a period of 18 months, including a clear redefinition of each work process, internal audits and a rigorous action plan. This is a collective effort and proof of our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a competitive world.
