We are looking for a bilingual English Sales Administrator (M/F) on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave and join our existing team of eight.
Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager within the Sales Department and working closely with the current team, your main tasks and responsibilities
will include:
- liaising between sales representatives, customers and internal departments
- managing customer orders for your sector
- recording, tracking and organising order logistics (series and prototypes)
- communicating with customers and the various internal departments of the TiMOTION Group
- tracking payments and following up on unpaid invoices in collaboration with the accounting department
Who we are looking for:
An experienced person with at least 2 years of experience.
The most important thing for us and your fulfilment in this role are your skills and personality:
- you have a passion for service and do everything possible to satisfy our customers
- you have a good understanding and mastery of the supply chain, logistics and transport flows, and calculating delivery times for customer orders
- You complete all daily tasks on time and in accordance with the priorities set by your manager, while managing incoming and outgoing calls and requests.
- You communicate important information to your contacts at the right time, both verbally and in writing, in a professional and respectful manner.
- You have the ability to explain and re-explain as necessary, with tact, patience and efficiency.
- You know how to analyse your order portfolio, make the right decisions to provide the expected service, identify malfunctions and report them in a structured manner or find solutions yourself.
- You have good teamwork skills.
- You are proficient in office software (Excel, Word).
- You are fluent in English (read, written and spoken) to effectively communicate with customers and our sales representatives in Europe. Fluency in another language such as German would be appreciated.
Practical information:
- Position located at 31, rue de la Justice in Vaux-le-Pénil (77000)
- Full-time fixed-term contract from August 2025 to January 2026
- 7 hours/day Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
- 1 day of remote working per week (after 3 months' seniority)
- To be filled as soon as possible

- Fixed gross salary of £2150-2350/month
