We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager (M/F). Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of our customers in the German-speaking region. As the essential link between sales representatives and customers, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to regional sales representatives
- Recording and tracking orders (series and prototypes)
- Coordinating communication between customers and the various internal departments of the TiMOTION Group, including our head office in Taiwan
- Tracking payments and managing reminders for unpaid invoices in collaboration with the accounting department
- Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers
Who we are looking for:
A person with a minimum of two years of higher education and previous experience in administration is desired.
The most important thing for us and your fulfilment in this position are your skills and personality:
- Bilingual in German and English, with a good command of French desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Rigorous, independent, and committed to quality customer service
- Availability: Immediate availability
Practical information:
- Position located at 31, rue de la Justice in Vaux-le-Pénil (77000)
- Full-time permanent contract
- 7 hours/day Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
- 1 day of remote working per week
- To start as soon as possible
