As a company, social media features are hosted on our website. We track all our links when we post content on our social media.
By using Google Analytics, we can track the IP address, pages accessed, time of access, the number of pages viewed. We also collect some information about the location, town, country, the type of device used, age range, gender and more.
Through those analytics, we offer you the option to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offer and make it more relevant for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of plugins is Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR.
During your visits on our social media, personal data you may share can be collected and transmitted to the provider of the social network. We have no control over our social media partners data processing.

We use embedded YouTube videos in enhanced privacy mode. YouTube is a service provided by Google. YouTube provides an enhanced privacy mode, which ensures that YouTube does not store cookies with personally identifiable information on your computer.

8-5. Email Marketing Campaign
TiMOTION would like to contact you from time to time about our new products, global events, and industry trends by Email. We use Mailchimp, a marketing automation platform, to create automated campaigns, manage mailing lists, and more.
The Email we send out via Mailchimp contains cookies that enable us to detect when the subscriber has opened the email or clicked on certain links. These technologies record each subscribers email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. Such data is used to create reports about how an email campaign performed and what actions recipients took. The information generated by the cookie about your interaction of the email from Mailchimp is usually transmitted to the Mailchimp server in the USA and stored there.
