We are looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk (M/F) to join our existing team of four.
Reporting directly to the Finance and Accounting Manager, within the Administration & Operations Department and in collaboration with the current team, your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- manage the supplier and bank cycle, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial data
- ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations (tax returns)
- check and post supplier invoices in the ERP
- being responsible for supplier master data
- preparing internal re-invoicing within the Group
- accounting for banks and bank reconciliations
- preparing cash flow forecasts for expenditure and managing Group cash flows
- preparing information for external and internal audits
- managing the expense management application (Manager One)
- manage monthly closing entries related to the supplier cycle
- manage reconciliations
- participate in ad hoc projects, in particular the implementation of e-invoicing for suppliers and the drafting of supplier processes
Who we are looking for:
An experienced person with at least 3 years' experience.
The most important thing for us and your fulfilment in this role are your skills and personality:
- you have a thorough understanding of French accounting rules and standards and apply them rigorously
- you are fully familiar with the tax obligations relating to supplier invoices (conditions for deductibility, VAT)
- You are proficient in Excel.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with the head office in Taiwan and the accounting firms of foreign branches.
- You check the quality and accuracy of your work as you progress, ensuring that errors are detected and corrected proactively.
- You analyse accounting data rigorously and critically in order to detect inconsistencies and make relevant recommendations.
- You are autonomous in managing your tasks while meeting deadlines. You have good teamwork skills.
- You have good communication skills and are able to work on projects.
Practical information:
- Position located at 31, rue de la Justice in Vaux-le-Pénil (77000)
- Full-time permanent contract
- 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
- 1 day of remote working per week
- To start as soon as possible

- Fixed gross salary of £2,750 - £3,000/month
