SALES ASSISTANT - Italy (F/M)
Job description:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Administration, you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of our orders placed in Southern Europe & Mediterranean region. As a real interface between the sales representatives and the customers, your main duties will be:
- Registration and orders follow-up (prototypes, series)
- Payment follow-up and reminders of unpaid invoices in collaboration with the accounting department
- Administration assistance to regional sales representatives
- Customer relationships
- Communication between different departments of the TiMOTION group including the headquarters in Taiwan
Your profile:
- Holder of a graduate degree
- 3 years of proven working experience in a similar position
- Good organizational skills
- Autonomy, organization, and thoroughness, good relational qualities
- Customer relationship investments
Your skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1) - French (B2)
- Good computer skills, mainly Excel
