As part of a newly created role, we are looking for a trilingual Internal Auditor (French-English-Chinese) (M/F) to contribute to a strategic, high-impact corporate

project over the coming years. Reporting directly to the Group Internal Audit Manager in Taïwan and working closely with all departments in France,

your key responsibilities will include :


1. Internal Audit and Internal Control Supervision :

  • Develop the annual audit plan and perform local document reviews, process interviews, and workflow assessments
  • Prepare audit working papers, document findings, and collect supporting evidence in accordance with internal audit standards
  • Draft audit reports that outline risk observations and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Discuss audit results with subsidiary management and propose practical and feasible corrective actions
  • Continuously track the implementation status of improvement measures and report progress regularly to the head office
  • Support headquarter or external auditors in performing local internal control reviews and interviews


2. Project Implementation and Process Improvement :

  • Collaborate with the local finance team and IT department to identify and resolve process or system gaps
  • Propose actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls
  • Support cross-functional projects such as system implementation, process standardization, or policy updates
  • Act as the liaison between the Taiwan head office and the European subsidiary

Who we are looking for:

A seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in internal auditing within an industrial environment, demonstrating pragmatism and the ability to engage effectively with all departments across the organization. Above all, your skills and personality are what matter most to us and will be key to your success in this role :

  • Trilingual French-English-Chinese
  • Strong expertise in finance and accounting
  • Upholds high ethical standards and honesty, ensuring trustworthiness in all audit processes
  • Maintains impartiality and objectivity in all audit activities, ensuring unbiased assessments
  • Capable of analyzing complex data and identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Meticulous in reviewing documents and processes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in audits
  • Proficient in identifying issues and developing practical solutions to enhance internal controls and compliance
  • Committed to staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve audit effectiveness
  • Clearly communicates audit findings and recommendations, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capable of managing multiple audit pojects efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Understands and respects cultural differences, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and clients
  • Able to adjust to different regulatory environments and organizational cultures, demonstrating flexibility in various contexts

Practical information:

  • Position based at 31, rue de la Justice, Vaux-le-Pénil (77000)
  • Full-time, permanent contract (CDI)
  • Executive status with an annual fixed working time of 214 days
  • One day of remote work per week
  • Start date ASAP
