As part of a replacement role, we are seeking an Key Account Manager DACH (M/F) to manage our client portfolio within the Ergonomic segment and to work
with our existing team in our Freudenberg offices.
Your responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the local Sales Supervisor, within the Sales Department, your main responsibilities will be :

support the existing ERGO customers in your sales area and maintain high-level of customer satisfaction
-
acquisition of new customers in ERGO market
-
development of system solutions for customers and interests in close coordination with technical support from the headquarters in Taïwan
-
make calculations and offers and their follow-up, as well as post-processing of orders
-
market analysis for your sales area
-
represent TiMOTION at our fairs and attend trade shows
-
Provide activity report on regular basis
Who we are looking for:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with an experience in actuator technology. TiMOTION specializes in providing tailored solutions,
so a strong technical understanding is key to success in this role with the followings skills :

strong communication skills to get in contact with customers directly

high responsibility to manage customers directly

administrative management
-
proactively engage with potential clients and past customers
-
strong phone communication skills with a proactive approach to reconnecting with former clients with a goal of generating new business opportunities

strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
-
mechanical or electromechanical knowledge would be appreciated
