1) T-Smart Advanced

This T-Smart alternative allows for the synchronization of up to 8 actuators with an embedded driver board, allowing for coordinated and efficient movement. This makes it ideal for use in automated applications such as intralogistics systems and industrial machinery.

TiMOTION's T-Smart actuator technology offers enhanced functionality across a range of linear actuators, including, but not limited to:

 

  • Synchronized Movement

Easily synchronize up to 8 actuators for accurate alignment and coordinated motion.

 

  • Virtual Stroke Limits

Define upper and/or lower limits within the actuator’s full stroke range to prevent overextension.

 

  • Soft Start and Soft Stop

Enable smooth acceleration and deceleration at the beginning and end of each stroke, reducing mechanical impact and securing device longevity.

 

The T-Smart Advanced alternative is compatible with TiMOTION’s software program (PGMA, PGVN, etc.). These user-friendly tools allow you to adjust actuator parameters — such as speed or stroke — and monitor real-time performance for development, diagnostics, or maintenance.

 

 

2) T-Smart Bus Communication

The T-Smart Bus Communication alternative is designed for seamless integration with industrial interfaces via widely used communication protocols. This version is currently available in SAE J1939 and Modbus RTU, with additional protocol options available upon request.

The SAE J1939 is a vehicle bus standard commonly used among automotive, as well as agricultural, forestry, and construction machinery.
